Terms of Service

SupafastVPN is a virtual private network (VPN) that encrypts your internet connection using the WireGuard protocol and routes it through servers we operate. The Service lets you connect to a server automatically or choose one of our available locations.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use SupafastVPN. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are able to enter into these Terms.

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store, subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law or Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable, and refund requests are handled by Apple.

SupafastVPN is meant to protect your privacy and secure your connection. You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• send spam, malware, or launch attacks against networks or systems;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our servers, or other users' data;
• interfere with, overload, or degrade the Service, or bypass its usage limits or security measures;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our permission.

You are responsible for your own conduct while connected and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any local restrictions on VPN use.

The Service, including the app, its design, and the SupafastVPN name and logo, is owned by SupafastVPN and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own lawful, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. WireGuard is a registered trademark of its respective owner; SupafastVPN is an independent product built on the WireGuard protocol.

We work to keep SupafastVPN fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location. Server availability, speeds, and locations may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we do and do not handle. We do not log your browsing activity.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. A VPN improves your privacy and security, but no tool can guarantee complete anonymity or protection in all circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupafastVPN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
