While you are connected to SupafastVPN, we do not record the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, your DNS queries, or your real IP address paired with your activity. We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

A VPN routes your traffic through our servers, so those servers necessarily process your packets in transit to their destination. We do not store that traffic or keep a history of it after it passes through.

To run the Service, we handle a limited set of information:

• Account and subscription data. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store. We never see or store your card details. We receive the subscription status needed to unlock the app (for example, whether your subscription is active) through Apple.
• Connection metadata for operations. Our servers may temporarily process the amount of data transferred and current session state so a tunnel can stay up and capacity can be balanced. This is operational and is not tied to a log of the sites you visit.
• Diagnostics and crash data. If the app crashes or misbehaves, we may receive aggregated, non-identifying diagnostic information to fix problems. You can opt out of sharing diagnostics in your device's system settings.
• Support messages. If you email us, we keep your message and contact address so we can reply and follow up.

Apple asks every app to declare its data practices on its App Store product page. SupafastVPN is built so that data is either not collected or, where it is (such as a subscription identifier or diagnostics), it is not linked to your identity for tracking. If a specific data type is listed on our App Store page, this policy describes why we handle it.

The supafastvpn.com marketing website uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (for example, how many people visited a page). We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising. If analytics is enabled, it relies on standard, aggregated measurement and does not identify you personally.

SupafastVPN uses the WireGuard protocol, which relies on modern, peer-reviewed cryptography for the tunnel between your device and our servers. We restrict access to our systems and keep only the minimum information described above.

We keep account and subscription information for as long as your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward as required for accounting and legal purposes. Support messages are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request. We do not retain browsing logs, because we do not create them.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as Apple for payments and subscription management and our hosting providers for the VPN servers themselves. These providers may process information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by valid legal process, but we cannot hand over browsing logs we do not keep.

You can disconnect at any time, cancel your subscription through the App Store, and control diagnostics sharing in your device settings. SupafastVPN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
